As many of our family and friends know from Erica’s recent post, her father, Mr. Johnson passed away from heart failure last Friday Jan 13, 2023 at the age of 90. He was a fighter and Erica fought hard for him!

As family, we can only prepare and plan so much for the passing of our loved ones. The rest is in God’s hands. The family is hurting tremendously but glad that their father is no longer in any pain or suffering.

Additionally, I’ll say that Mr. Johnson was a very simple Christian man that never met a stranger, so this fundraiser is being setup for him and to help The Johnson Family, particularly his son and daughter, Chris & Erica, with travel expenses and final expenses for a traditional funeral service and burial.

As many know, Erica has spent the last few months caring for her Daddy while he was in and out of the hospital and rehabilitation. She had great support from everyone and is thankful for all of you. She would go to the hospital on a daily basis and stay for hours fighting with his Drs and nurses to ensure her Daddy received the best treatment and care so she could get him better and back home to her mother. She did so ‘WITH A BIG HEART’ while sacrificing her own family, career-job and undertaking her own financial burden. Now it’s our time to help her and the Johnson family.
