Hi, this is Reuben Adkins and I am helping the Gustafson family in this difficult time.

Many of you personally know Jim Gustafson and a great many of you know him as a very popular musician here in Kearney, Nebraska with the Sweetwater Band. Recently. Jim was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer, Neuroendocrine Carcinoma, and it is at Stage 4. This is an extremely aggressive cancer and there is no remission possible. Jim has no life insurance and the bills are piling up. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
