My Best Friend, Jason Summers, suffered a massive heart attack at 4am on Sunday, April 11th. Jason was in the process of building a home for his family.  He and his wife Beth, were all set to be empty nesters. God had different plans! They adopted their granddaughter and are raising her. Brooklyn is 3 years old. Jason is a loving Husband, Father, Son, Brother and Friend. Jason just turned 49 years old in March. To say the least, this was completely unexpected. Jason is set to undergo insertion of an LVAD system(artificial heart pump) on Thursday,  April 22nd.  This fund is to help his family finish their home, pay off debts from that and also to cover any medical or daily needs that they cannot cover on their own right now. As he recovers from this, it will take time to build strength before he is able to work again. This fund is to fill in that gap and help his family make ends meet.
