Jake was born in May 2008 with a medical condition called Congenital Short Femur (PFFD). Basically, he has a severe deformity of the hip and femur that requires surgical intervention every few years.  Our last leg lengthening was a HUGE success getting over 2.3 inches of new bone.  

Jake's next leg lengthening surgery is scheduled on June 6th 2017 (THIS YEAR).  We have to temporally relocate during his lengthening period (June to September) to where his doctor (world renowned physician, Dr. Dror Paley) is in West Palm Beach, FL.

As Jake's primary caregiver, I am trying to raise funds that would specifically pay for medical costs for Jake during this time.  

I would appreciate any donations towards Jake's medical bills or ideas for fundraising opportunities.
