THE IRON MTSCULPT 2023 - Men’s Mental Health Charity Fundraiser for Aware NI.

On 19th November ‘The MTSCULPT MEN’ will take on 3 marathons in 1 day!!

This is something unknowing for an individual to do.

We feel that this challenge is one of the many steps that we can take together to help raise awareness for men’s mental health. This is something very close to our hearts and sadly many of us men struggle with in today’s society ❤️
