"The Interview Project" Student Film
Donation protected
Howdy,
I am Matthew Dylan and I am fundraising for my senior short film directing project at Pepperdine University.
I have had a great few years of growth and learning and am ended my time in the film program with this final project. We are tasked with creating a film that shares a story that matters to us and speaks to who we are.
Film Synopsis: In 1962, in the outskirts of a small one-horse town, a mechanic, Wilber Keller, is approached by a college student for an interview of his jarring journey.
All donations will be matched by Pepperdine's film program (up to 1K) and will go towards:
-Costumes
-Location Rentals
-Crafty Services and Crew Meals On Set
-Film festival Entry Fees
-Gear Rental Fee's
All donators will receive a private digital copy of the film as well as a special thanks in the credits of the film. Anyone who donate's a $100+ will be created as a Producer of the film. Anyone who donates $350+ will be created as a Executive Producer of the film.
My long term goal for the short film is to submit it to film festivals in 2024. Film festivals give filmmakers a chance to gain recognition for their work as well as create relationships with industry professionals. This project will also be used in my portfolio for post graduation use.
Thank you for supporting my ambitions and my dreams.
