Yeiden Pérez Jiménez is a spirited 12-year-old boy living in the Dominican Republic with his loving mother. Despite facing daily challenges and living in limited conditions, Yeiden's heart is full of dreams and determination. With the support of his grandmother and me, his aunt, we strive to provide for Yeiden and his mother as much as we can, even though we face our own economic challenges here in the USA.

Through every hardship, he maintains a positive attitude and keeps his faith in God alive, believing that better days are ahead. Con el apoyo de su abuela y mío, su tía, nos esforzamos por ayudar a Yeiden y a su madre en todo lo que podemos, aunque nosotras también enfrentamos dificultades económicas aquí en Estados Unidos.
