The improvement of educational opportunities in rural Kenya

Peponi School’s year 12 class is reaching out to you to help support a cause that holds profound significance in our hearts. From the 6th to 11th July 2025, our class will go to schools in rural Lakipia county, Kenya to construct classrooms to improve educational opportunities for underprivileged children. As part of this community service trip, we would like to raise money for a variety of goods, including cement and other construction supplies; but also for food, stationery and hygiene products.

Your support will not only grant these children access to education but will also invest in their future, equipping them with the tools to break free from the cycle of poverty. Last year, our committee raised 12 million Kenyan shillings (around 82 000€), resulting in a 120-student increase in school enrollment. Contributions from people like you made this success possible, and we hope to continue this impactful work with your support. Thank you.
