Due to unforeseen circumstances with medical and other expenses the Hyatt Family needs our help. On the evening of December 21st their lives unexpectedly changed. Jay, a dedicated husband and father of 3 was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He underwent 2 emergency brain surgeries by Christmas Eve. The shock of this diagnosis left his family and friends unsure as to what the future will look like. Jay and his family are working hard to get him back to his old self and push forward with treatment.
Jay’s dedication to his family is strong and you can see the love they all have for each other daily. Jay and Lisa have been together for 24 years and their love and dedication to each other is like no other. You can always find Jay on the sidelines either coaching or watching his kids play sports. Jay is happiest on the field by getting involved for the sake of his own kids and yours! Jay is a pillar in the community in his work in the mental health field for 17 years. His hard work shows in his dedication to helping people and in his leadership skills every day.    

Please help the family if you can so that they do not have to worry about these unforeseen expenses and they can just focus on his health and their family. Please keep their family in your Prayers.
