Many of you have supported Gwen Hovorka (granddaughter of Lee, daughter of Jessica, and niece of Hannah) during her battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Gwen was diagnosed Fall 2022, in the prime of her college experience, and recently finished the months-long first stage of treatment.

Gwen unexpectedly passed away on September 24, 2023. So many hearts are broken and filled with sorrow. The Hovorka family, while reeling from their grief, has to contend with the logistics and expenses of funeral arrangements.

"Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning," Psalm 30: 5. We offer this opportunity to be a morning ray of sunshine for the Hovorka family as they navigate their immense loss.
