Rebuilding Hope: Support the Homme Family Post-Palisade Fire

The horrendous devastation of the wildfires has fiercely destructed the homes of so many civilians in the greater Los Angeles area. Our beloved sister and friend, Nicole Homme, lost her Malibu home and all belongings in the Palisades Fire on Tuesday, January 7th.

Nicole, Matt and their two children, Madison (11) and Jackson (almost 9), evacuated their beloved home with only the clothes on their backs and their precious pets - a cat and a bunny. They were forced to leave behind not only everything they’ve ever known and loved, but also a wealth of loving memories and irreplaceable treasures.

Now, they find themselves living in a hotel, hoping soon to transition to a rental home. Additionally, they are faced with the challenge of finding a new school for their children, as their previous one has also been lost in the fire. The emotions and trauma this has caused for the entire family is unimaginable.

In a situation like this, there are so many factors that go into the complexities of navigating insurance and all the red tape that must be cut. The process for a full payout is going to be lengthy. It will also take a tremendous amount of tedious work from Nicole and Matt - itemizing everything they owned, room by room, even down to a ballpoint pen.

With that being said, let’s help lift the burden off Nicole and Matt with immediate financial relief. The funds raised will go towards immediate needs for The Homme Family. With not one belonging to their name, the financial overwhelm is greater than any of us can fathom. Thank you for your willingness to give to this wonderful family. Together, we will lift them up. Together, we will aid in their healing. Together, we will rebuild for this beautiful family.
