It’s time to fight against discrimination in this country and for the rights of many others. It’s a human right to ask for help and receive services without bias or unfair dismissal, but Porchlight Inc. in Madison, Wisconsin, has not respected the rights of many, as I work and live in Madison. It’s my second home from home. Working from April 2019 to April 2020, it has been a living nightmare working for this 501c3 with some uneducated people with no history to understand the human rights and civil rights movement to protect everyone from unjust behavior. Porchlight Inc. is trying to cover up drug sales from their night managers to clients in the homeless system, the verbal abuse, and the abuse of power of those who sit in a higher position. I, myself, worked hard and never missed a day, but Porchlight Inc. has interfered in my business practices as a photographer and hired John P Herrera. This man has stalked and followed me around from July 2019 to March 2020. He was fired for discriminating against me and calling immigration enforcement to Porchlight. Staff tried to bully me and also threatened my life while at the workplace at the time. However, Porchlight still has those individuals working for Porchlight Inc., and nothing was done or fired from those employees. This is a broken system that needs to be corrected, and justice needs to be served for their actions over at Porchlight Inc. Now they are playing dirty with lies and more lies until I release a series of videos online so the public can see how Porchlight performs. Now they want me to be silent with all the photos and videos that do exist if not they will sue me for damages. That's not how it works in this country.
I wish people would see that this employer wasn't giving me the rights they claimed I had as an employee. We need to put a stop to human rights violations and discrimination.
Update: I was working for a while and it felt great to be working once again but the internet and its dislike of me being a honest and transparent houseless individual, makes people do such bad things, recently the hate has gone out of control with people calling up my work place too many times, it cause a my leaders to be concern of the safety of other employees and guest.

Due the my YouTube videos showing my life in full, people have taken this opportunity to abuse my messages and my life. Now, once again May 2025, unemployed and looking for work, one again. But people don't like the idea of a YouTuber

recording his moments. I'd find it very discriminatory

.
