The Homegoing Expenses of Donisha Neekie Davis

Yesterday I lost my only sister; my mother lost her youngest daughter, and my nephew lost his mother. I don't know how else to word what we are going through, but to be honest and upfront to say this is unexpected and painful. We cannot grieve properly because we are trying to figure out how to bury my sister and help support her only son Brian "Perky" Davis, in her absence. I know many have gone through this process and can empathize. I also know there are many of Neekie friends who can sympathize because they knew Neekie for the kind, sweet, and loving friend she was. Anybody who knew Neekie knows Perky was her world, and now he will be a without his mother's guidance and support. We have to come up with the money not only to give a decent funeral but also to cover expenses to sustain her son until we can figure out how we will all recover from this loss. There is no greater loss than losing someone we love and are close to. We are trying to honor her life with a celebration and homegoing that shows how greatly Neekie was loved. All we are asking is a donation no matter how big or small.
