Hey all! Some of my favorite people need our help, so I’m more than happy to start this on their behalf as they never ask for anything!

Back in March, Andrea was not feeling right, dizzy, and weak. She ended up going to the hospital via ambulance. After some testing, it was determined that she had a stroke. Since then, she has had multiple strokes and a stent to help with a blocked artery. To boot, when they did the imaging for the blocked artery, they found numerous lesions on her brain, and she is currently being tested for MS.

With this being said, Kevin has been by her side every day to not only physically assist her but also emotionally. This, of course, means that he is missing more and more work by the week as these episodes continue to happen and new things continue to arise. Kevin has had to take several days off weekly for doctor's appointments and, more recently, her 11-day hospital stay. This upcoming week, she starts her appointments in Rochester with the MS specialist, requiring Kevin to miss more work along with the travel to and from Rochester.

FMLA has just now been approved, but it does not make up for the amount of unpaid days he had to take off. Being the only income makes missing work very difficult. We are asking for help to offset current medical bills, along with co-pays, and to continue to be able to pay for everyday household needs.
