The Historical Spencer UAME Church
Tax deductible
Dear friends and supporters,
Spencer UAME Church is a historical landmark that has been serving the community of Woodstown, New Jersey, for over 205 years. Our church has a rich history, and we are proud to be listed as a visitor site on the Seven Steps to Freedom Project sponsored by the Salem County Historical Society. Our church played a significant role in the Underground Railroad, helping runaway slaves escape to freedom. We are also the final resting place of US Colored Troop Soldiers who fought in the Civil War.
However, we are facing a significant challenge. Our HVAC systems are not operational, and we desperately need replacements. As we experience record-breaking temperatures, it is critical that we act fast.
We are asking for your help to fund the replacement of both of our HVAC units. Your donations are tax-deductible, and we are confident that we can accomplish this critical task with your support. Our work is not done, and we are committed to continuing the work God has placed in our hearts.
If you prefer to mail a check, please remit it to SPENCER UAME CHURCH, 314 Bailey St., Woodstown, NJ 08098.
We believe that if we ask, we will receive, and we humbly thank you in advance for your generous giving. Together, we can ensure that Spencer UAME Church continues serving our community for generations.
May God bless you abundantly,
