On July 3rd, 2020, Warren went to the hospital for a chest cold and chest pain. After all the images and test came back, the ER doctor had found a mass in his left lung. We followed up with the oncologist a few days later and he determined it was cancer. He is in critical need of off-island medical care in California by July 31st or sooner. Doctors confirmed on July 17th, 2020 he has Sarcoma of the bones and muscles (mass in the left lung) in addition to a 4" tumor growth that broke 2 ribs and is growing by the day. He is unable to stand/walk on his own to date.
Due to unemployment and no health insurance, we humbly ask for any support, prayers, and kind donation to get Warren urgent medical services in California that will include but not be limited to thoracic and plastic surgery.
Your kind generosity will go towards Warren's off-island travel (two round-trip airfare/miles from Guahan to California for both Warren and me) as he is unable to ambulate without support, ground transportation in California, housing, food, medication and other unsuspecting emergency costs that may arise. Your generous donation will also aid in the care and welfare of our two daughters Terina and Te Rau in the care of their grandmother on Guam.
We realize the current challenges all are faced and humbly we ask for your kind donation in this emergency. Any amount would help our family in huge ways.
