The heartbreaking loss of our local teenager at beccles Quay

Hi myself layla and Terri wanted to do something after the heartbreaking loss of a local teenager last night in the river at beccles . I think the whole town is in mourning and feel like we want to help in some way . We feel after a walk down beccles Quay there needs to be more live saving equipment available along the river and gave us the idea maybe we can fundraise for this and for the family and even maybe a memorial bench .
