The Heart and Hunger Project is youth-led intiative that addresses food insecurity worldwide through fundraising, community support, and impactful outreach.

Through the dedication of volunteers we're building a movement. We're empowering communities to take action, one meal, one act of kindness, at a time, while also shining a light on the often-hidden reality of food insecurity.
