The Hatter's Requiem - To Edinburgh!

We're Spike Rose Productions, an independent theatre company taking a show to the Edinburgh Fringe 2024. Our show, The Hatter's Requiem, is currently in rehearsal and shaping up nicely.

But...putting on a show is becoming increasingly more expensive, so we're now fundraising to meet these rising production costs. These include:

As part of our fundraising efforts, over the next 6 weeks writer and director Shaun will be running 269 miles - the distance between Oswestry (our home town) and Edinburgh. To keep him motivated, please consider donating what you feel you can.

Here's a little bit about our show:

Searching for his beloved Alice in a race against Time, Hatter leaves home. But what is Wonderland without Hatter? And – more importantly – what is Hatter without Wonderland? Catapulted into an even topsy-turvier dark near-future, our galumphing hero must face some terrible truths … But if all truth comes at a cost, will the discovery be worth the price paid? An exploration of excitement, The Hatter’s Requiem follows our mimsy milliner’s quest for love and identity and – ultimately – redemption. A quirky ensemble adventure awaits. Tick tock!
