The Grinch who stole Moms car for Christmas
Donation protected
Inside a garage, like one from your childhood dreams, there happened a story that might make you scream. The garage was once home to Moms trusty Accord-1999 the year, with cloth trim of course.
Ask any Centervillian and they'll have this to say: "There's no one like Sally, especially on Christmas day!"
Sally is great, she's the #1 Mom, but her Christmas was dampened by a much sadder song. Her trusty old steed, Batmobile was its name, was stolen last night from her garage, what a shame. Her Honda Accord sadly now lay deceased, crashed off Legacy Highway, a totaled piece.
Yes, that Grinch stole her car out from under her nose, and he's being searched for to return all he stole. Now, please, don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason. It could be his head wasn't screwed on just right. It could be perhaps that his shoes were too tight. But I think the most likely reason of all may have been that his heart was two sizes too small.
We're asking to share and perhaps donate some too, to brighten Sally's Christmas as the insurance amount just won't do (we expect her to only receive approximately $1,500-$2,000 from the insurance claim). She has no idea, and would never ask, but we think she deserves a Christmas pass.
A low-cost used car is what we'd love to provide, to the community mom who's been by all of our sides. Merry Christmas to all, even the Grinch on the prowl, who one day may find the right side of his scowl.
