Hi everyone,
For those of you who don’t know, my father started his dream when I was a little girl to open up his own BBQ catering business. It started with an oil drum that he made into a grill himself. He would stand outside rain or shine and sell his food. Not knowing how many people would end up LOVING IT. Over the years “The Grill SGT BBQ” grew into something he never imagined, with Mary and my father being the face of it, which grew into a brand.
With the business being as successful as it was, they were able to do numerous benefits to help other people. Donating his time, delivering Christmas gifts to children in need and at hospitals, handing out holiday hams and turkeys to the needy, which also Included the police departments and fire stations. My father has also personally raised and donated whole pigs and other specialties to help raise money for other who have been sick or in need. He has and always was there for anyone and everyone that he could possibly help.
With all of this being said, today the most tragic incident possible happened. My fathers brand new shed with EVERYTHING he owns for catering caught on fire and burnt down. To watch almost everything my father worked so hard for to go up in flames breaks my heart, when he deserves the world. If you know my father, you know how much his business means to him. Any little amount will help bring his dream back to life.
