Hi, my name is Dan McMahon, and I’ve set up this fundraiser for my dear friends Nancy & Dave Gregory. I do this because it is not in their nature to ask for help, but unfortunately, they need your help now.

Dave and Nancy have always had a heart to give and share with others in need. If you’ve watched them over the years, you know this. You’ve seen the kindness and compassion with which they share so much with others. And the joy they bring to those around them is unmatched. When you’re around them you can’t help but say to yourself, “What good people.”

Nancy and Dave have been an active and vibrant part of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of Spokane (IIABS) where they have served over 58 years collectively for that Association. They are active in many other facets of our community over the years and have never stopped volunteering for numerous charities and organizations to help strengthen and give back to those in need.

So why the need?

In April of 2024, Nancy was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), a fatal disease with no treatment or cure. It will take away Nancy’s ability to walk, talk, swallow, and eventually breathe.

Much of the equipment and care needed are not covered by insurance. A van for transportation, technology for communicating, and professional care, beyond what Dave and the family are able to provide, are just a few examples of what Nancy will need as her condition progresses.
