“Lithium Rush” documentary

Hello Everyone!
If you follow me on Facebook, you’ve seen that I am very preoccupied by the water situation in Nevada and especially in Thacker Pass where this Lithium Rush is about to start. I need to do what I do in order to address the situation which is making a film about it. The way I see the movie right now is that there are three subject that needs to be linked together:
The situation in South were Lake Mead and Lake Powell are at an all time low level and this has happened in the last 4 years. What does this mean for the people living in the region? What does this mean for the future? The near future.
The next chapter will be about the Wild Horses. As I am writing the big summer round up of Wild Horses is happening. Every year more and more Wild Horses have to be captured the basic number was 10000 but it seems that this number has been growing every year. Why? Because the water supplies are shrinking. What happens to the horses will also be part of the story.
And finally Thacker Pass where Lithium Americas the Canadian corporation based in Vancouver will suck 100 billion gallons of water from the high desert!
I believe this is an emergency, and we don’t have time for the classical production format which will take much more time, about a year or more to get the funds. This is why I am hoping with your help to do it that way and release the film in 6 months from now. Six months is the time it took me to complete my last film: “Following Our Dreams” which I was able to complete with the help of Honor the Earth who supported me for the 4 first months of the project. (I will add the link below.)
