Cole The Greatest Pizza Delivery Kid in town

This is Cole, many know him as a great friend many know him from Lanapoli II as there favorite pizza delivery guy...either way he is just an all around outgoing and wonderful kid who was working hard and enjoying life. On Friday June 21st while making a delivery he was very unfortunate and suffered a very serious car accident. His car hit a very large tree and then rolled down an embankment. Luckily he got care fast due to a neighbor nearby who was outside and heard something not right and went to check and see what happened. I'm very thankful for that. Cole was immediately take by life flight to Geisinger Wyoming Valley due to severe head injuries sustained from the accident. He was admitted to there Trauma ICU. He suffered a traumatic brain injury which required him to be intubated and placed on a ventilator immediately. He suffered 2 brain bleeds, a broken nose and 2 broken cheeks. He had injury to both lungs. He also had very bad lacerations to his right ear which required immediate attention and suturing. Sunday night he was able to be removed from the intubation and ventilators and start to breath on his own. He slowly was taken off the medications that were keeping him asleep and started to respond to simple commands which was a very happy moment for me and our family. By Monday he was more awake and alert but we realized now the severities of his injuries and he had no memory of the accident and he now is struggling with simple short term memory process. We are working to regain that, and working to heal. He also is still unable to walk fully unassisted but with therapy and time we hope to fix that too. Cole was very lucky to have survived this accident and we are blessed the situation is this way. He has a long journey now and will not be able to work delivering pizza for a while, he was such a hard working boy. He worked at Lanapoli II 7 days a week and that was how he was paying for things. He had so many people who loved him to deliver there pizza and have been praying for his recovery. We are blessed and thank each and every one for the kind words and prayers ❤. Some of you may not realize, but he purchased his dream car a while back. A Subaru Impreza WRX and shortly after the engine blew. He has been working so hard saving every penny to continue to make those car payments and insurance. Plus pay to rebuild the engine to get the car back on the road. So while many of you know the cavalier to be his delivery car he also had the Subaru that was costing him much more. He now will also have alot of Bill's coming in from the accident. Life flight, the towing and impound charges and any hospital stuff we may also get. So I ask you to be kind and if you can help my son while he can't work and donate anything you can so he has money to pay his loan on his car and his insurance while he is not able to work, and to help with those other fees he has now.
