Steven (aka Steve-O) is changing the rules of what you can do and dream of from a wheelchair. August 2nd he will be climbing the San Luis Peak in Colorado at 14,000 feet with a team of 6 men. He needs your help to get to the summit and to prove that you're only limited by the size of your dreams. His fierce courage, strength, and faith is a story worth sharing and we want you to join in this journey with us. You are the loving community that makes big, impossible dreams a possibility. And with your help Steve-O can inspire others to be more, do more, and get more out of life. As long as I have known him Steve-O has amazed me with his fearlessness. His dreams and ambitions challenge me to look beyond my current circumstances and see a God of infinite power and love. Steve-O's peace, sense of adventure, and friendship are nothing less than inspiring.
Throughout our friendship and time running marathons together Steve-O and I have always talked about going on an amazing hiking/camping trip. A trip to define Steve-O's ambition to inspire people to do the impossible - to be more and do more than the limitations that we can tend to place on ourselves.
On August 2nd this dream is becoming a reality. We are hiking the 14,000 foot San Luis Peak in Creede, Colorado. With a 6 man team and hiking chair generously donated by Spokes'n'Motion, Steve-O is setting new heights of possibility. To achieve our goals we are looking for support for gear, travel, and filming production to share Steve-O's story with the largest possible audience. The film hopes to tell the story of a man of extraordinary kindness, hope, and relentless passion to get the most out of life. A story to change the lives of others and his own.
This adventure is on the heels of Steve-O moving to a new home and facing even more challenges and unknowns. This adventure is the catalyst to inner courage, strength, and faith that will be needed on the trail ahead. I pray you will join with Steve-O and our team in this journey. And maybe our shared commitment will helps all to dream bigger and reach higher.
