Hi, I’m Sally and I’m one of the founders of The Tobias Crowther Foundation. Whilst watching the Great North Run on TV last year, I remember thinking that looks fun, I’m going to enter the ballot. I also thought no one ever gets in on the ballot so at least I can say I tried!!! Imagine my surprise 3 days later when I saw an email in my inbox saying “you’re in”.

So here we are 18 years after my first half marathon which also happened to be the GNR, preparing to complete this one last time before hanging up my long distance running trainers.

Please help me raise some funds for our precious Toby’s foundation who are supporting Forget-me-not Children’s Hospice, SCARD (support and care after road death) , LGI neuro intensive care ward where Toby was cared and providing health screening to local sports and activity clubs.

Every little helps and your support will keep me pushing through those difficult miles on the day.
