The Great North Air Ambulance - pALEgrimage

Hi, I'm Colin, this is my second year doing the pALEgrimage from the White Swan in Stokesley to The Golden Smog in Stockton. Covering 11 miles carrying a pin of beer (20 litres = 35 pints and about 3.1 stone) in a backpack. Me and the staple piece beer of the Captain Cook brewery "skippy" will go down the country roads to the Smog where it will be kept until Sunday the 25th August where there will be a beer festival to raise even more money on top of the sponsors! Last year I managed to get around £300 in sponsors which 100% went to the Air Ambulance and I hope to do the same again!

Brief information around the pALEgrimage! It has been a tradition from the oldest micropub in Stockton to hold a beer festival from the generosity of the patrons and breweries alike. Where the brewery will donate a form of alcohol be that beer or cider or mead! And will be transported by foot, bike, boat, trolley back to the Smog to be enjoyed. The previous years of the pALEgrimage has managed to raise *roughly £96,584 all for the Great North Air Ambulance with last years total being over £21,000 on its own, we'd all love to keep this momentum alive so would you consider donating and sponsoring me on my walk this year?
