My name is Adrian Carr. I'm a composer and pianist. I've been lucky enough to work in music my whole life. That's my day job. I graduated from The Juilliard School, earned my bread and butter in the recording industry, and taught in higher education. I continue to run my mastering facility helping other musicians sound their best. And then, once in a while, I get to produce my own music.
In 2022, I'm planting a flower on this battlefield of life: It's a new CD called The Golden Hour. It's my 6th solo album. The title of the CD came from my bike rides to see the sunset during the pandemic lockdown. I would ride my 3-speed to Macdonough Farm on Cumberland Head. It's a beautiful spot on Lake Champlain and a favorite among locals who gather here each night.
The album is my best effort yet. It's a cohesive whole, harkening back to classic rock albums: the different tracks flow into each other. It's a remarkable journey, but I'm going to need your help to get it to the Grammys.
- Pledges of $25 or more will receive a copy of the album (both digital and physical).
- Pledges of $100 or more, you'll get the beautiful Golden Hour t-shirt and hat along with the album.
- T-shirt only is $38 ($35 + $3 sales tax). S-XL
- Hat only donate $27 ($25 + $2 sales tax). Black or navy.
No matter what you decide to donate, all I can say is thanks!
Thanks for reading, and I hope you can jump on board to help get The Golden Hour to the Grammys.
