Hello! Thank you for being here.

We are The Golden Gays™, the premier Golden Girls Drag Troupe since 2017. We have been delighting crowds all over the U.S., Mexico, and the middle of the ocean ever since. And we could really use your help.

The Golden Girls is iconic for many reasons. It was groundbreaking during its time, addressing tough issues of the day and the cast was nothing short of perfection. We all know and love the middle-aged mavens: Blanche Devereaux, Dorothy Zbornak, Rose Nylund, and Ma - Sophia Petrillo.

The original show may have ended back in 1992, but its legacy still lives on through The Golden Gays™. The Golden Gays™ bring the Girls to the stage and bea-yond through music, comedy, and more.

It’s been our dream to strut our stuff across the pond, to serve the UK some Blanche realness, Dorothy zingers, and Rose innocence, and now we have the opportunity that could be the highlight of our golden drag careers.

RuPaul's DragCon UK

Picture it: London, 2024. The Golden Gays, sashaying down those regal aisles, bringing a slice of Miami sunshine (and perhaps some cheesecake) to the heart of Britain.

Have you ever dreamt of a world where the sarcasm of Dorothy Zbornak met the fabulousness of RuPaul? A world where 'Picture it' meets 'Sashay, Shantay'? Those dreams can come true, but we need a sprinkle of your magic (and coin) to make it happen.

The Glitzy Gist:

Getting The Golden Gays to the UK is no small feat. The barest essentials needed to get us and one of our staff members to DragCon UK – flights, sparkly bags, cozy lodging, local transportation (we can't sashay ALL the way across London), securing and decorating our royal booth, and the miscellaneous glitz and glam that comes with an excursion like this comes with a price tag of approximately $10,000.
