The Godden Girls are Mudrunning for Lung Cancer
This October we would have celebrated Chris's 60th birthday. So Tilly, Maisie and I, in our infinite wisdom, have decided to mark it by raising money for lung cancer research and are running the Mud Bath 10k at Eastnor Castle in Ledbury. Home of the Landrover test centre the route incorporates the muddiest trails the Eastnor estate has to offer with trenches and troughs, fallen trees, gullies and loads and loads of mud. Woo hoo! Want to join us in making a difference? Of course, we totally get it that you might not actually want to RUN with us, but a massive donation would be extremely helpful!
Our run (read: slither) will benefit the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, the only UK charity wholly dedicated to beating lung cancer and we're so grateful to you for your contribution to this charity that means so much to us as a family. Please give generously and we'll promise to be absolutely caked in mud in return :-) Rumour has it there's a giant steam bath with bubbles at the end to de-mud, but we've yet to see the evidence ...
Please join us in helping to beat the UK's biggest cancer killer - let's make grime pay!
