We would like to announce that we've reached a conclusion in the case of Braun v. Day which has been resolved through settlement. Both sides chose to resolve the matter rather than continue litigation but no party has admitted liability, wrongdoing, or the truth or falsity of any allegation.

Neither side concedes but are glad to have reached an agreement. The terms of the settlement will remain confidential and this statement will be the last time either party speaks publicly about the case.

All parties respectfully ask that you please do not contact or harass anyone involved in this case and respect this resolution by allowing all parties to move forward peacefully. Thank you for understanding.
