Hi my name is Gina I am fundraising money for my friend Jacob Way-White.

Jacob is a 31-year-old Musician he is extremely talented in playing the piano, harmonica, accordion and Oregon. Jacob has a YouTube channel where he enjoys sharing all of the Hobbies he loves with the public . youtube (@JacobWay-White ) Jacob is very involved in his community he enjoys playing the piano and the accordion for people out in downtown parks. Jacob enjoys educating the public on blind awareness he does this at schools and museums. He travels around the community and goes to local businesses and restaurants and discusses the importance of Braille on menus and signs for other individuals if they struggle with sight. Jacob was born premature and blind He only has 15% eyesight in the right eye and no Vision in the left eye. This has caused Jacob to struggle with certain life tasks. We are starting this GoFundMe page to help fundraised money so Jacob could get a OrCam MyEye Smart Assistive Eyewear. Jacob had a 7-Day free trial and found it improved the quality of his life so much more he had more confidence in going out and running errands on his own it helped him read menus, signs, books and labels it helped identify objects in front of him so he does not hurt himself it helped identify individuals who were speaking to him ect. Overall it's a wonderful tool that greatly assisted him in his daily life activities. We would greatly appreciate any individual who would like to help donate so Jacob could get this visual assistance eyewear.@JacobWay-White
