As many of you know,  my brother Phillip Claxton is in need of a life saving kidney transplant. On Feb 1, 2019 Amanda Johnson Thomas will be donating the GIFT of LIFE to my brother at Emory University Kidney Transplant Clinic in Atlanta. When Amanda heard Phillip needed a kidney,  she started the process immediately to see if she would be a match. Unbeknownst  to us,  Amanda went through 8 months of testing in Atlanta and Jonesboro to find out if she was a match. Amanda is a selfless person saving the life of someone she doesn't know nor ever met. 
While the Medical expenses of the Kidney surgery is covered by Phillip's insurance,  Amanda's expenses such as multiple travel trips to Atlanta, Hotel accomodations, Food, Child Care for her children and Loss of Wages for recovery are not.  Financial support for these cost would greatly be appreciated.
