Remaining independent of the judo politics is essential!
We therefore rely on donations and membership to keep operating, developing and making an impact!
- Where did you first hear about the BJA Chair, Ronnie Saez, resigning 2 years early into his dodgy 4 year Chair re-election?
- Where did you first hear about this year's Commonwealth Judo Championships (CJC) and subsequently find out about last year's competition?
- Who covers all the international judo competition with British athletes competing?
Only after the GB Judo Community shared the information about CJC-2024 did the 4 judo associations follow suit and make the competition known on their websites.
These are just a few recent examples of the impact the GB Judo Community has had.
We also cover the area that we would rather seen dealt with professionally and honestly by the paid staff such as safeguarding.
But as long as there is an unfair "two-tier rule system" in play, the GB Judo Community will continue to publish information about the things the judo politicians don't want their members to know about.
