Dear Fellow Whiskey Lovers,

Due to the mandated closures of bars throughout New York, the Gatehouses at Kings County Distillery has been forced to suspend service as both a tasting room and cocktail bar. This decision comes as an effort to flatten the curve and slow the spread of COVID-19. While the Gatehouses plan to reopen for retail pick-up; mixing drinks, pouring whiskey, and telling stories is what this team does best, and ultimately how they make a living. 

This closure is for an indefinite period of time, which has a direct impact on the livelihoods of our bar staff and their families. 100% of the donations made here will go directly into the pockets of these folks in these uncertain times, and hopefully help them weather the storm.

We humbly ask, if you are able, to help your favorite whiskey nerds in their time of need. Any donation, large or small, will make an impact and is graciously appreciated. 


We will all drink whiskey together again, someday soon.
