Pay bill of the Garden House before is too late

Hi there, I’m Daniela I am in a difficult time in my life because couple of years ago I bought a Garden House in Rotterdam with the idea that my Mom could live there. At that time she was struggling finding a way to pay rent in Spain and my friend Maja was selling the garden house so it seemed perfect, but after I bought it I found out it was not possible for me to own it because I was registered in another city, I tried to sell it but it wasn’t on my name yet. Last September Maja passed away and I had to prove it to be able to put it to sale now I’m trying to sell it but I need to pay the bill for the last year 2024 and I really don’t have the money to do so I must pay at the end of February otherwise I will lose the house and therefore the money I invested in it.
