Many of you know our family, and most importantly have heard stories about our Father. Elfido Galvez was a hard-working man. He worked tirelessly for — years to take care of our 6 member household while earning minimum wage. He always encouraged us to educate ourselves and to push for our highest potential. After his retirement 7 years ago, he dedicated his time playing with his grandson, sitting out on the front porch on good days and always meeting our mother for a cup of coffee after her shift at work ended. Everyone was welcomed by his kind smile and he loved to make everyone laugh.

On April 15th, around 1 AM, our father lost his battle to COVID-19. We need to raise money for the funeral costs, and anything you can give will help us so much. We hope that during this time of uncertainty you are taking care of yourselves and loved ones. God Bless.
