The Gagnons need your help

Hello everyone and thank you for taking some time out of your day. My name is Jim Gagnon and I am the younger brother of Bill. As you may know, Bill is presently in the critical care unit at Gagnon Cardiovascular in Morristown. Unfortunately he is battling a condition that has weakened his heart to the point he may require a transplant in the near future. The outpouring of love and support that has occurred has been overwhelming to Bill and the family, but if you spend just five minutes with him, you would see why.
