The Fuller Family Support Group

As some of you know, Jacob and Morgan are pregnant with their first baby Wesley Floyd Fuller who is due at the end of April. At their 29 week check up they were given horrible news that changed everything. They were told their baby has a very rare diagnoses 1/10,000 called Non-immune Pleural Effusion Hydrops. It is an accumulation of fluid around his lungs causing pressure. The doctors told them that their baby has little to no chance of survival. Without giving up hope they went to The University of Michigan and started working with specialist who were much more hopeful and gave them more of a 70-90% of survival. Morgan and Wesley have already undergone two invasive surgeries, which were very successful, but there is still several procedures and surgeries ahead. The family has to travel to U of M weekly for check ups and are told that if Wesley does survive, to expect him to be in the NICU for a long time after birth before being able to go home. Unfortunately, Morgan’s work is not willing to accommodate to the doctors requirements and have asked her to take an unpaid leave of absence. The Fuller Family has medical bills racking up with now only one income. We ask that you please support the family during this time and help them focus on bringing their little boy home rather than stressing about financial issues.
