We are raising money on behalf of the family of Edward (Ed) Hanlon. Beloved husband, caring father, dear friend, dedicated teacher, and trusted colleague. Ed was seemingly on a one-man mission to show those around him the importance of surrounding yourself with good music, good movies, and good people. Ed was a great person. He made every moment count, from his engaging classroom lessons to his infamous Social Studies office rants, and finally, to the unyielding love and support he brought home to his family each and every night. Ed had a monumental impact on everyone who had the good fortune of knowing him.

He is survived by his wife, Laurie, and his two young daughters, Erin and Alexis. Friends and colleagues of Ed have created this Gofundme to help to defray some of the financial burdens that Ed’s untimely passing has created for his family. Please consider contributing in his memory.
