The Fleeger Family Fundraiser

As many of you may know,Kevin was unexpectedly hit with life changing health issues in late 2022.He had 2 extensive hospital stays,Oct 2022 and Dec 2022. After being discharged from the hospital started his 18 month recovery,with his team of doctors,cardiologist,pulmonologist,electrophysiologist,PCP,working hard to find the correct treatment,while trying to keep him out of the hospital and alive. His doctors told him he could not go back to work and is now fully disabled/handicap. He was diagnosed with HFrEF (heart failure with reduced fraction,Multifocal atrial tachycardia,Atrial Fibrillation,Mild CAD,Mild tricuspid regurgitation,Nonischemic Cardiomyopathy,Chronic Respirtory Failure Pulmonary Hypertension. As well as both lungs and heart transplants have been discussed and recommended.He is currently on 13 medicines,2 inhalers and 2 liters of oxygen. Recently being put on medicare with the costs for this are astronomical.He is now paying a monthly premium and a lot of the medicines are not covered.These medicines are expensive and literally life saving.If he does not have these,he will have to immediately be hospitalized in hopes that drs can regulate his heart/numbers back on track.

Prior to his health conditions,he was the sole financial provider for 25 years for his family of 5. No longer being able to work has put an abundance of added stress for him/us not only financially but emotionally,mentally and physically. This most definitely has not be good for him.

We were already behind on our mortgage and expenses building up we are asking for help.Help to relieve some financial stress,stress from him,me,us. Our family is overwhelmed and are reaching out. We understand that this will not fix or change our situation but it will help give Kevin,myself our 3 children much needed relief for a moment.
