The Firenze Family

Hi, my name is Paolo Firenze, and I am fundraising on behalf of my brother Joe and sister-in-law Francesca. In August of this year, Joe and Fran received news that no parent should ever have to hear their daughter, Serena, has cancer. Serena is a remarkable young lady and a true fighter, a trait she no doubt picked up from her parents. Our family is grateful for the outpouring of support and well wishes as Serena has undergone chemo treatments. Moreover, we are so proud of Serena's strength and optimism as she takes on this fight which has turned her world upside down.

Unfortunately, so many of our lives have been impacted by cancer in one way or another. That impact is felt by cancer patients and their families emotionally, physically, and financially. I hope that with this fundraiser, we can alleviate some of those burdens for Serena and her family. I genuinely believe in the phrase "It takes a village," and even more so in such a situation.

Any donation would be greatly appreciated to help with the mounting medical and travel expenses that Joe and Fran have incurred while they support their daughter in this fight. Moreover, I hope to spread the word, so feel free to share this fundraiser with your friends and families.
