Hello everyone! My name is Ricky Phan, head chef and one of the owner of Eating Fresh located on 6255 N. College Ave. My restaurant was built during Covid, therefore I can’t get any support from the government and unfortunately thereafter the restaurant had to face three more major constructions: the new 8/11 office building, the Broad Ripple’s construction and the Redline’s construction. These matters have put my restaurant in a situation that’s hard to bring the restaurant into its well established position with so much obstacles and lots of overhead expenses. Eating Fresh is my personal dream, a dream of providing fresh and high quality foods to the communities that I care about the most! After 5 years without getting pay of planning, building, getting the door open, keeping all the staff paid and all the overhead expenses, I am now exhausted on everything that I have. I am here to ask for your help and support. Eating Fresh is now in a position of needing more operational’s expenses and staffs retaining expenses, remember; we are a local family first generation owned business here in the US with a mission of supporting all the local farmers and gathering the freshest foods for our customers. I believe together we can bring Eating Fresh through its hardship state and allowing it to undertake its final journey into its established position for the benefits of all.
