Update: 12/19/2022
It is with the greatest heartache to announce the passing of our dad Noel Tala Del Rosario on December 20, 2022 (Philippine Time). He leaves a wife Leonora Del Rosario and two kids Michelle & Michael.
He was able to see his wife one last time before he left this earth. Those that know our dad or had the privilege to be in his presence know that he was always kind, loving, and a jokester. He took care of those he loved and was always willing to help others. He was the best cook in the family and loved to feed everyone he knows. He will truly be missed by many, God has gained a new angel.
Thank you to those that have donated for his medical expenses. In order for his body to be released to his family payment is needed to the hospital. Please continue to share and if able to donate to help cover medical and funeral expenses it will be greatly appreciated!
Thank you everyone for the prayers and donations for our dad!
Love Del Rosario Family <3
Dear friends and family,
On Saturday, December 10, our dad unexpectedly suffered a massive heart attack while visiting the Philippines. He was taken by ambulance to the Philippine Heart
Center in Manila where he was found to have 4 blocked arteries in the heart. The doctors immediately operated on him to restore blood flow to one artery then scheduled a follow-on procedure for Tuesday, December 13, to address the other blockages. As he was being prepared for this surgery, his heart suddenly stopped and was in cardiac arrest for several minutes. Miraculously, our dad regained a pulse thanks to the skillful response of the medical team. However, his cardiac arrest led to acute life-threatening kidney injury, which is being treated with dialysis. He remains on life support in the ICU.
Unfortunately, in the Philippines, payment is required upfront before an ambulance is called, a physician or specialist is requested, medical services are rendered, or medications are administered. Sometimes, only cash is accepted.
Any payment delays could truly mean the difference between life and death. We are fortunate to have a team of 11 doctors and specialists to keep our dad alive, but we have
nearly exhausted our savings in less than a week of medical expenses.
This has been a very difficult time for our family as we cannot be there with him or
see him. We understand that finances are difficult for everyone, especially during
this time of year. Financial donations of any size would be greatly appreciated. All
funds raised will go directly to our dad's medical bills.
On behalf of the entire Del Rosario family, we truly appreciate your love, prayers, and generosity. Thank you and God Bless!
