The fight for Travis’s battle with cancer

Travis Finch is just 16 years old and has recently been diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma, bone cancer. Travis loves spending time with his family, loves church, is very active in sports and has a love for the outdoors such as hunting and fishing. He is always the person anyone can rely on for help with anything, a listening ear, extra muscles when needed, or setting the bar high with obedience. Travis is so smart and so kind hearted, he is loved by so many in his huge family and tons of friends in the community. Travis strives to do the best in all he does and he is such an amazing young man. Even during these dark times as he has been diagnosed with cancer and hospitalized, he still puts a smile on his face and tries be a light to all around him. Over the past year he has had reconstructive surgeries on both feet in hopes to ease pain he was experiencing in his active life. Unfortunately, just for him to notice a lump on his leg that he would soon discover is bone cancer. He has already been hospitalized twice, gone through lots of tests and completed two rounds of chemo so far. We are asking for help to ease the financial burden as Travis is expected to undergo a minimum of 8 months of chemo, a future surgery and radiation in attempts to fight this battle. Travis’s family sure could use any amount of help to put a dent in their medical bills in this fight for Travis. Please continue to pray for him and all that love him.
