Hi there, my name is Chelsea(friend of Sarah) after talking with Anna Ferguson (Sarah’s sister), and Reanna Barton (friend of Sarah) WE WANT TO HELP!
As many of you know, Paisley endured a traumatic brain injury on April 14th, 2023. Resulting in that, she underwent a life-saving brain surgery. After numerous CT scans, EEG readings, MRIs, etc, Paisley has shown very little brain activity. Doctors have already stated that because her brain is so damaged that she would live the rest of her life on a ventilator and with a feeding tube. In worst case scenario and sadly the most realistic one, there is a very hard decision to make. Regardless of the situation or the outcome, there are expenses that are racking up that I would like to get taken care of for Sarah. Whatever money is donated will be used for Paisley first. What is left will be given to Sarah to help her with unpaid time off.
Sarah has already shown strength as she hasn’t left Paisleys side since this happened. In doing so, she took off work and is not getting paid. She will continue to take work off unpaid no matter what the next steps are. No parent should be rushed back to work after any incident of any kind.
Being from a small town has its perks. The number 1 perk being the way the community comes together when tragedy strikes. If you find it in your heart to donate, please know that myself and Sarah would be eternally grateful. If you can’t donate, please say a prayer instead. Thank you all from bottom of our hearts for all the prayers and love that has been showed so far to our Paisley and Sarah!
We will continue to update and further info
