Over the years I have dealt with a debilitating amount of abuse and manipulation leveled against me by Martin's father Jonathan. That abuse I was happy to shoulder because Martin was thriving; Or so I thought and was led to believe. Since January the intense vitriol, the intense campaign of alienation and abuse aimed towards me has intensified to the point it is no longer possible to remain silent. If it was just me, I would remain silent but the overwhelming evidence of Martin no longer thriving in their situation and the evidence of abuse provided by their sister means that it's time to fight harder than I have been able to before. It’s time to fight for what Martin needs. Unfortunately, I cannot do that alone. History has shown me that if I go against Jonathan without a lawyer, I will lose more. The stakes have never been higher Jonathan has decided because I moved into my own home I am in contempt. Jonathan is suing me for contempt but not only that he is requesting that from now on I am only allowed supervised communication and visitation and only in Pennsylvania. I have been in touch with several lawyers who see exactly what's going on and the abuse of the court order on Jonathan's end. The lawyer I have chosen to go with is very child centered and wants to fight for what Martin wants and that is very important to me. I tell you all of this because I need your help, I need your help to pay for this lawyer and to be able to go out to Pennsylvania the last week of June to fight this fight. Although I have a great job, I do not have time built up like I need to, and I do not have anything to spare. I have amazing people backing me, going with me, in this fight with me which is important beyond measure. The last piece of this puzzle is representation to make sure Martin is finally put first. I do not ask for your help lightly, many of you know how much of a toll this has taken on me over the years on both my physical and mental health. I need help, and I’m not ashamed to ask for it. Martin is worth it, Martin deserves better, Martin deserves their voice heard! Please if you can I ask for your help!
