The fight for life, Gary Minter

My name is Ashley Minter. I have the honor of being the wife to Gary Minter, a dedicated father and community member. I wish to reach our on Gary's behalf as he fights for his life, suffering from several auto-immune disorders . Crohn's disease has taken him from barely able to work and support his family to immobile and hospitalized for nearly two months. Gary went into the hospital at the end of September. I see him when I ca. His boys, Gary Junior and Corbin have not been able to see their father due to COVID restrictions. They are angry, confused, and don't know how to express what they are going through. Gary had surgery in the middle of October, taking what remained of his colon. His gastro-initestinal cavity is full of pain and infection. Gary has a good day every so often. He was on the road to recovery this week when he caught pneumonia, placing him back into the surgical and immediate care ward.

I reach out now, to ask family, friends, and kind strangers to realize the struggles life has set before my family. Gary needs help, now, more than ever. On behalf of Gary, Gary Junior, and Corbin, I thank you for your warmth and sincerity.
