The fight against eviction!

Hello!

I hope all is well. As you all know, I am a single parent with a 17-year-old son, Landon. Since February of this year, I have been recovering from two carpal tunnel surgeries that have hindered me from providing residential cleaning services. Physically I am not 100 %, but I am on the way to recovery. The inability to work as much as I usually do and other financial challenges along the way has led me to be behind. I am currently behind in rent and owe $4000, including late fees. The complex has filed for eviction, and I have to come up with those funds as soon as possible, or I will lose my apartment. I am ashamed and scared because I don't know what else to do. I usually don't like to ask for help, but I am in need. I have applied for assistance, but I do not know how soon that will come through, and Landon and I are asking for help. I truly appreciate it if you can find it in your heart to help with anything. I also know everyone has their responsibilities, so I understand if you cannot. Thank you for considering.
