They would never ask but, the Hernandez family can use our help!
Jose Hernandez works for Stream Realty as the Chief Engineer at Saint Paul Place in downtown Dallas. Last year, Jose’s amazing wife, Felisha, was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. After months of aggressive treatment that included several surgeries, numerous rounds of chemotherapy and daily radiation treatments, Felisha’s illness only worsened. On Monday, June 17th, Felisha Hernandez lost her battle to this debilitating disease.
Throughout their fight with Felisha's cancer, Jose shared with me some of their small triumphs and horrific tragedies. I've always known that Jose was an amazing husband and father, and I knew that Felisha was his best friend and biggest supporter. I also learned what an amazing wife and mother Felisha was. I learned of her strength and constant dedication to her family, to the very end. Her worry was never for herself, only for the family that would struggle without her.
Please join me in donating to the Felisha Hernandez Fund.
Felisha was always passionate about education, and one of her biggest dreams was to see their lovely daughter Isabel attend college.
Let's try to make a sad and difficult road a bit less bumpy for Jose and his Isabel.
I encourage my fellow contractors, suppliers and vendors, as well as everyone in our building operations community to give what they can to this worthy cause.
All donations will be used to honor Felisha's wish by supporting Isabel’s college efforts.
